Implementing AAHPM’s Measures Survey
The Measures Application Partnership (MAP) has recommended that AAHPM’s new patient-reported outcome performance measure (PRO-PM) “Feeling Heard and Understood” be available for reporting by eligible providers in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Please let us know if you intend to implement one or both measures. Submit survey response.

AAHPM Offers Hospice Policy Recommendations
The Academy has responded to a request from U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauer for input on improving hospice program integrity and redesigning the Medicare hospice benefit. In two letters, AAHPM offered guiding principles and high-level policy recommendations informed by an Academy workgroup composed of leaders in hospice medicine, public policy, and DEI.
