All attendees will have access to the virtual platform through April 30, 2023.
Registration Types and Rates
Registration rates are the same for both the in-person and virtual options.
AAHPM Physician Member - $1,155
Physicians who are members of AAHPM
Physician Nonmember - $1,735
Physicians who are not members of AAHPM
HPNA Nurse Member, SWHPN, SPPCP Member - $865
Current members of HPNA, SWHPN, or SPPCP
Allied Health Professional - $865
AAHPM nonphysician healthcare professionals who are members of AAHPM (e.g. social worker, pharmacist, physician assistant, etc.)
Nurse/Allied Health Professional Nonmember - $1,305
Nonmember healthcare professionals (eg. nurse, social worker, researcher, pharmacist, physician assistant, etc.)
Fellow, Resident, Student Member - $435
Full-time fellows, residents or students who are members of one of the above organizations; documentation must be provided by the current fellowship program director or dean of the program.
Fellow, Resident, Student Nonmember - $579
Full-time fellows, residents, or students who not a member of one of the above organizations; documentation must be provided by the current fellowship program director or dean of the program.
Guest Pass - $80
Guest pass is available and includes entrance to the exhibit hall, reception, and morning breaks.
Join and Register
Become a member of AAHPM or a member of HPNA and register for the conference at the reduced member rate. Be sure to register for the appropriate member category before registering for the Assembly in order to get the lower rate.
Continuing Education Credits
The 2023 Annual Assembly Hospice and Palliative Care has been planned in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center through the Joint Providership of The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated before February 14, 2023. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after February 14, 2023. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . All transfer requests must be received by email by February 16, 2023. We will not honor transfer requests submitted after February 16, 2023.
If the Assembly moves to a fully virtual meeting, registrants of the in-person meeting will automatically be transferred to the virtual meeting.
AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty, cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Assembly.
