From Task Forces to Town Halls: An Update on HMDCB

In late 2020, the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB) created a task force to research alternative assessment models for the organization's continuing certification program (CCP). The goal of the task force is to ensure that HMDCB's continuing certification program provides value for certificants and aligns with the assessment model(s) other medical boards are implementing. Current certificants have been asked to be involved in the process through surveys and interviews. HMDCB thanks everyone who has participated thus far, and looks forward to continued collaboration on this important endeavor.
