General Assembly Questions
How can I participate in the Annual Assembly?
The 2024 Annual Assembly will be presented as a modified hybrid event with combined live-streaming and in-person experiences, and on-demand access of recorded content.
What is included in registration?
The registration price is the same whether you attend in-person or virtually.
In-Person Registration
In-person registration includes all plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, paper, case, and poster presentations, exhibit hall access, the welcome reception in the exhibit hall, and access to the various recorded sessions through the on-demand period in the virtual conference platform.
Virtual-Only Registration
Virtual-only registration includes access to specific live-streamed sessions during the live event dates and access to exclusive on-demand sessions, the virtual poster hall, and virtual networking opportunities with fellow virtual attendees.
What if I want to bring a guest?
Guess passes can be purchased for $85 each for guests to access the Exhibit Hall, opening night reception, and morning breaks. Access to educational sessions is not included.

How many CE or MOC credits are available for Annual Assembly?
- Preconference workshops March 20, 2024, up to 7.5 credit hours
- In-person conference from March 21-23rd, 2024 up to 13.5 credit hours (does not include pre-cons)
- Live-streamed conference content from March 21-23, 2024 up to 12.5 credit hours
- Up to a max of 85 hours in Virtual On-Demand Conference Recordings
How long will the 2024 Annual Assembly content be available?
Evaluation period for claiming CME and MOC credits closed on July 1, 2024 at 11:59pm PT.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy

A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated by February 14, 2024. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after February 14, 2024. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.

Can I attend both the Annual Assembly and State of the Science?
Yes, if you are attending the 2024 Annual Assembly in-person or virtually you can register for the State of the Science on March 22-24, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix, Arizona. Please note: State of the Science is an in-person-only event.
If you have already registered for the 2024 Annual Assembly, you can save 20% on State of the Science registration! Please check your Annual Assembly confirmation email for details or contact AAHPM Member Services at 847.375.4712.
When is the next Annual Assembly?
The next Annual Assembly will be held February 5-8, 2025 in Denver, Colorado.
