For those who had already booked a hotel in an AAHPM room block at one of our below host hotels, your room reservation will be automatically cancelled by AAHPM. If you booked a hotel room outside of the AAHPM room block or at another property, you will need to personally cancel your reservation.

For those who have already booked a flight to Nashville, AAHPM is unable to assist with cancellations. Please contact your airline directly for their specific change and cancellation policies for your flight.
AAHPM will not be able to reimburse you for your travel expenses.
Virtual Conference Attire
There is no dress code for attending the State of the Science virtually.
Prepare Your Computer
Plan ahead for where you will be participating in the State of the Science. Ensure you are viewing the sessions at a location with stable internet connection and minimal disruptions.
