Plan Your Assembly Experience
For the optimal Annual Assembly experience, we suggest blocking your calendar and requesting time off so you can focus your attention on the content and opportunities that will take place during the meeting.
We know items may arise that will take you away from the Assembly, therefore, all sessions will be recorded and available on-demand through mid-May to allow you to view live and pre-recorded content at your leisure, earning up to 49.25 CE/MOC credits.
Prepare Your Computer
We recommend you install the latest Zoom Desktop Client on your computer before joining the Assembly to ensure you have the best learning experience. Zoom updates their platform frequently.
Plan ahead for where you will be participating in the Annual Assembly. Ensure you are viewing the sessions at a location with stable internet connection and minimal disruptions.
Conference Attire
There is no dress code for attending the virtual Annual Assembly. If you're enjoying the content in the comfort of your home, grab your slippers and settle in for 3 days of content and connection. If you're viewing sessions in the office, then slippers may not be appropriate. The best part is that by participating in the virtual Assembly, you won't have to wait for a break to grab your next cup of coffee.
During the educational sessions, you have the option to turn on your video camera, but you are welcome to keep it off if you prefer.
Child Care Options
While viewing the sessions virtually, you are welcome to have your little ones (both human and furry) around during the sessions. Please remain muted during the sessions to eliminate disruptions.
