Annual Assembly Exhibitor Guide

We invite you to become a supporter of the Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care. The Annual Assembly is scheduled for February 5-8, 2025 in Denver, CO.

Exhibit space includes:

  • 2 Exhibit-only badges per 10’x10′ space
  • Listing in Assembly App
  • ID sign for exhibit booth + pipe & drape around space*

*Additional set-up (carpet, table, chairs, electrical, etc.) must be provided or ordered through the conference decorator

Important Exhibit Deadlines

  • November 29, 2024: Exhibitor early bird discount deadline
  • January 5, 2025: Full payment for exhibit space deadline
  • January 15, 2025: Exhibit application and all promotional materials are due

Job Fair

The Job Fair is a prime venue to promote your organization’s available opportunities in the field of hospice and palliative care and to meet potential candidates for these positions. This will take place during the Annual Assembly on the exhibit hall floor.

In-person Job Fair Hours: located in the exhibit hall, date and time coming soon.

Job Fair Booth Rates:

  • In-person Early Bird Rate – $700
  • Standard Rate – $800
  • Exhibit Booth + Job Fair Package – $750

This opportunity does not include exhibit space but it is highly recommended.
