What is the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine?
The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) is the professional association for physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to hospice and palliative care.
Since 1988, AAHPM has worked to advance high-quality care for people with serious illness through education, professional development, community, and advocacy.
