2025 Annual Assembly

The Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care, presented by the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), is a 3-day event that brings together more than 3,400 of your colleagues and peers to share research, clinical best practices, and practice-related guidance to advance the specialty and improve patient care.

The 2025 Annual Assembly was an in-person experience, with on-demand access of available session recordings and complete evaluation period for claiming CME credits and MOC points by June 26, 2025, at 11:59pm PT.

If you weren’t able to attend the live Assembly in Denver, Colorado, don’t worry! You can still experience this year’s highlights through Assembly On-Call. This platform offers both live attendees and new registrants the opportunity to access on-demand sessions, posters, papers, and case studies.
