    Host Hotels

    AAHPM and HPNA have secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at a special discounted rate. To obtain the special rate, make your reservations early and indicate you are attending the 2027 Annual Assembly. The discounted rates expire on the dates noted below or when the room blocks have been filled. After that time, availability will be limited, and higher rates may apply. 

    If you’re planning to join us for the 2027 Annual Assembly in Pittsburgh, we strongly encourage you to book your accommodations early. Demand for hotel rooms will be especially high during this time, as two March Madness tournament games are scheduled to take place in the city during the same week.

    While tournament teams will not be announced until shortly before the event, the increased travel activity is expected to significantly impact hotel availability across the area. To secure the best options and take advantage of the special group rate, please make your reservations as soon as possible and be sure to indicate that you are attending the 2027 Annual Assembly when booking.

    Rooms are expected to fill quickly, and early booking will help ensure a smooth and convenient experience during your stay.

    You may receive phone calls or emails or see websites from unaffiliated organizations and individuals who claim to be acting on behalf of AAHPM or HPNA. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider is not approved by AAHPM or HPNA. 

    Should you book your reservation outside of the Annual Assembly room block, AAHPM and HPNA will not be able to assist you with any issues you may encounter, you solely assume the risks, including additional fees, harsh cancellation policy, lower quality rooms, and in some cases no reservation.

    To support our efforts to provide you with a quality event, we ask that you book your housing accommodation using only the reservation information for the contracted hotels listed above.
