The Annual Assembly is primarily an in-person conference experience, offering:

If you are unable to attend in person, Assembly On-Call provides access to select conference content through a virtual, on-demand experience.
What is included in registration?

- Opening Reception
- On-demand session recordings available after the meeting
Please note: Preconference workshops require separate registration and an additional fee.

- Flexible on-demand access
This option is designed for those unable to attend the meeting in person.
Can I bring a guest to the Annual Assembly?
Yes. Guest passes are available for $100 per person and include:
- Exhibit Hall access
- Opening night reception
- Morning breaks
Guest passes do not include access to educational sessions, workshops, or CE credit.

When does the Summer Call for Abstracts open?
The former Principal Call for Abstracts is now called the Summer Call for Abstracts.
Submission categories include:
- Podium Presentations
- Poster Presentations
- Preconference Workshops

When does the Fall Call for Abstracts open?
The former Scientific Research and Early Career Call for Abstracts is now called the Fall Call for Abstracts.
Submission categories include:

Submission Dates: September 7-28, 2026 11:59pm PT
When is the Call for Reviewers?
The Annual Assembly Call for Reviewers is offered in two phases each year to support the abstract review process:
Summer Call for Reviewers: Evaluate submissions for Podium, Poster, and Preconference Workshop presentation types submitted during the primary abstract cycle. Call for Reviews will be open from Monday, June 15 – 29, 2026.
Fall Call for Reviewers: Evaluate submissions for Podium, Poster, and Preconference Workshop presentation types submitted during the secondary abstract cycle. Call for Reviews will be open from Monday, September 7 – 22, 2026.
This two-phase approach ensures timely and thorough review of all submissions across both abstract cycles.
Registration Policies
What is the cancellation and transfer policy?
To cancel your registration:
- Submit your request in writing to [email protected]
- A $100 administrative fee applies to all cancellations
- Approved refunds are processed approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the meeting
