Annual Assembly Exhibitor Guide
The Annual Assembly is scheduled for March 17-20, 2027 in Pittsburgh, PA at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Exhibit and sponsorship opportunities give Annual Assembly attendees an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in medical supplies and equipment, seek new career opportunities, and stay up to date with the latest software, facilities, pharmaceuticals, and medical publishing.

- 2 Exhibit-only Assembly registration badges per 10’x10′ space
- Company Profile & Directory Listing in Assembly App
- ID sign for exhibit booth + pipe & drape around space*
*Additional set-up (carpet, table, chairs, electrical, etc.) must be provided or ordered through the conference decorator. Floor covering is required for the 2027 Assembly. AAHPM offers a special rate of $1,000 for table, chairs and carpet for a limited amount of time.

Job Fair
The Job Fair is a prime venue to promote your organization’s available opportunities in the field of hospice and palliative care and to meet potential candidates for these positions. This will take place during the Annual Assembly on the exhibit hall floor during one day of the exhibit hall.
The 2027 Annual Assembly Job Fair will take place on Thursday, March 18, 2027, from 4-6pm* in the Exhibit Hall.
