Annual Assembly Exhibitor Guide

The Annual Assembly is scheduled for March 4-7, 2026 in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Convention Center.

Exhibit and sponsorship opportunities give Annual Assembly attendees an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in medical supplies and equipment, seek new career opportunities, and stay up to date with the latest software, facilities, pharmaceuticals, and medical publishing.

By becoming a supporter of the 2026 Annual Assembly, you will have the opportunity to connect with leaders of the hospice and palliative care community throughout 2 days of exhibit hall time and three days of the Assembly.

The floor plan for the San Diego Convention Center will be available soon.

Exhibit Schedule

The final 2026 Annual Assembly exhibit schedule will be released in October. Tentative Exhibit Dates:

  • Wednesday, March 4 – PM half day
  • Thursday, March 5 – full day
  • Friday, March 6 – AM half day

Exhibit space includes:

  • 2 Exhibit-only badges per 10’x10′ space
  • Listing in Assembly App
  • ID sign for exhibit booth + pipe & drape around space*

*Additional set-up (carpet, table, chairs, electrical, etc.) must be provided or ordered through the conference decorator

Important Exhibit Deadlines

  • November 28, 2025: Exhibitor early bird discount deadline
  • February 6, 2026: Full payment for exhibit space deadline
  • Final Exhibit Date: TBD Based on availability of space, tentatively Mid-February 2026

Job Fair

The Job Fair is a prime venue to promote your organization’s available opportunities in the field of hospice and palliative care and to meet potential candidates for these positions. This will take place during the Annual Assembly on the exhibit hall floor.

In-person Job Fair Hours: Will take place one day during the Assembly in the exhibit hall. Final date and hours coming soon!

Job Fair Booth Rates:

  • In-person Early Bird Rate – $900
  • Standard Rate – $1,000
  • Exhibit Booth + Job Fair Package – $750/$800

This opportunity does not include exhibit space but it is highly recommended.
