The 2026 Annual Assembly will be an in-person experience, with on-demand access of available session recordings and complete evaluation period for claiming CME credits and MOC points by MondayJune 30, 2026 at 11:59pm PT.

Become a member of AAHPM or a member of HPNA and register for the conference at the reduced member rate. Be sure to select the appropriate member category before registering for the Assembly in order to get the lower rate.

Full Conference Rates

Please note: All pre-conference workshops require separate registration at an additional cost. Online registration for preconference workshops only is not available. If you would like to register for a preconference workshop only, please contact Member Services at [email protected].

One Day Rates

For those unable to attend the full meeting, one-day passes are now available. A one-day registration provides access to all educational sessions, keynote presentations, exhibits, and networking opportunities scheduled for the selected day as well as access to On-Call. Early bird rates are available one-day passes. Keep in mind that prices will increase after Monday, January 12, 2026.

On-Call Rates

Assembly On-Call caters to those unable to travel and attend the 2026 Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care in person. This alternative will include pre-recorded materials from sessions that will be showcased in San Diego, CA.

Access to on-demand conference recordings and evaluations for claiming CME credits and MOC points will close on Monday, June 30, 2026, at 11:59pm PT.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated before February 4, 2026. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after February 4, 2026. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All transfer requests must be received by email by February 4, 2026. We will not honor transfer requests submitted after Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty, cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Assembly.
