Registration

The 2025 Annual Assembly will be an in-person experience, with on-demand access of available session recordings and complete evaluation period for claiming CME credits and MOC points by June 26, 2025, at 11:59pm PT.

Become a member of AAHPM or a member of HPNA and register for the conference at the reduced member rate. Be sure to select the appropriate member category before registering for the Assembly in order to get the lower rate.

AAHPM PHYSICIAN MEMBER
Physicians who are members of AAHPM.

$1,000 ($1,255 after December 30)

PHYSICIAN NONMEMBER
Physicians who are not members of AAHPM.

NURSE MEMBER
Nurses who are members of AAHPM/HPNA.

INTERPROFESSIONAL MEMBER
Nonphysician and non-nurse healthcare professionals who are members of AAHPM, HPNA, PAHPM, SPPCP or SWHPN (e.g. researchers, chaplains, social workers, pharmacists, physician assistants, child life specialists, etc.)

INTERPROFESSIONAL NONMEMBER
Nonphysician and nonnurse healthcare professionals who are not members of AAHPM, HPNA, PAHPM, SPPCP or SWHPN (e.g. researchers, chaplains, social workers, pharmacists, physician assistants, child life specialists, etc.)

PROFESSIONALS IN TRAINING MEMBER
Full-time fellows who are members of AAHPM; documentation must be provided by the current fellowship program director or dean of the program.

Please note: All pre-conference workshops require separate registration at an additional cost. Online registration for preconference workshops only is not available. If you would like to register for a preconference workshop only, please contact Member Services at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated before January 8, 2025. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after January 8, 2025. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All transfer requests must be received by email by January 8, 2025. We will not honor transfer requests submitted after January 8, 2025.

AAHPM and HPNA reserve the right to substitute faculty, cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the Assembly.
