How can I participate in the Annual Assembly?

The 2025 Annual Assembly will be an in-person experience, with on-demand access of available session recordings through May 14, 2025. 

The 2025 Annual Assembly is planned to offer the following accredited education CE credit awards to include:

  • Preconference workshops Wednesday, February 5, 2025, up to 7.5 credit hours
  • In-Person conference from February 6-8, 2025, up to 13.5 credit hours
  • Over 45 hours in virtual on-demand session pre-recorded content*

*The number of accredited continuing education credit hours is subject to change upon presenter availability and submitted session pre-recordings for on-demand participation.

What is included in registration?


In-person registration includes all plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, paper, case, and poster presentations, exhibit hall access, the welcome reception in the exhibit hall, and access to the various recorded sessions through the on-demand period in the virtual conference platform.

What if I want to bring a guest?

Guess passes can be purchased for $100 each for guests to access the Exhibit Hall, opening night reception, and morning breaks. Access to educational sessions is not included.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dates.  Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.

When is the next Annual Assembly?

The next Annual Assembly will be held March 4-7, 2026 in San Diego, CA.
