Renew Your HMDC Credential
If your HMDC credential expires in 2025, make sure to renew by October 31, 2025. The Continuing Certification Program includes a longitudinal assessment that is open book, is untimed, and can be retaken as needed to help assess and expand your hospice knowledge. By renewing your credential, you can continue to highlight your expertise in hospice medicine and enjoy HMDCB community benefits, including webinars, coffee chats, and discounts on CME opportunities! To learn more about the renewal process, visit www.HMDCB.org/ccp.
