AAHPM believes in providing accessibility and accountability related to its governance practices. In February 2025, a change was made to Section 4 of The AAHPM Bylaws, noting that the Academy will publish a summary of key Board actions and decisions resulting each quarter. This information aims to maintain member trust, foster inclusiveness, and align with governance best practices.
In addition, any AAHPM member in “good standing” may request a copy of approved Board meeting minutes, provided the request is reasonably specific and made for a proper purpose in accordance with Academy policies and applicable state law.
