2025 Hospice Super Forum

AAHPM and HMDCB invite you to the second annual Hospice Super Forum, a half-day live virtual event designed for hospice physicians, APPs, fellows, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.

This year’s forum will cover three critical topics every hospice provider should master:

1. Methadone therapy in hospice care: safe initiation, titration, and monitoring.
2. Relatedness of diagnoses: documentation essentials for care planning & compliance.
3. General Inpatient (GIP) Care: applying eligibility criteria & transitions consistently.

Led by expert faculty Drs. Mary Lynn McPherson, Balakrishnan Natarajan, and Ruth Thomson, each session includes case-based learning and live Q&A.
