Dr. Snider currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for Everent Health, a non-profit, serious illness organization supporting hospice, palliative care, geriatric primary care, home-health, and PACE services for their affiliate organizations.  She earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky and pursued a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship with Hospice of the Bluegrass after completion of internal medicine residency.  Dr. Snider joined Hosparus Health directly out of fellowship as associate medical director and oversaw home hospice training for all fellows.  She ultimately was promoted in 2018 to Chief Medical Officer at Hosparus Health and provided medical oversight to all clinical programs along with leading their innovation initiatives.  She most recently took on the role of Chief Medical Officer for Everent Health in 2024, overseeing the Department of Medicine of their affiliates, Hosparus Health and Bluegrass Care Navigators.
