Celebrate Pride Month with AAHPM by attending a free one-hour webinar titled “LGBTQIA+ Leadership: A Calling to Serve,” led by Dr. Corey Tapper.

This engaging session will delve into how a commitment to medicine influences the wellbeing of healthcare professionals, particularly those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Tapper will share valuable leadership strategies tailored for LGBTQIA+ individuals to effectively engage with their teams, focusing on visibility, authenticity, storytelling, and community building. Additionally, he will emphasize the critical role of LGBTQIA+ leadership in overcoming the societal challenges and obstacles faced by the community today.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Insight into how identity and purpose intersect in healthcare.
  2. Tools to lead with authenticity and build inclusive teams.
  3. A renewed sense of pride, connection, and community.
