DESCRIPTION:Please join the Neuropalliative SIG for their meeting titled Neuropsychologists’ Perspectives on Supporting Caregivers of People with Neurologic Illness. \n\n\n\nThis session will provide education to clinicians about how they can support caregivers of people living with severe neurologic conditions\, ranging from spinal cord injury to dementia to ALS. It will address caregiver resistance\, navigating the introduction of paid caregiving support in the home\, managing behavioral changes\, adapting to evolving family and caregiving roles\, and facilitating effective communication of needs. \n\n\n\nFaculty: Jonathan Sober\, PhD & Andria Norman\, PhD \n\n\n\nModerators: Kara Bischoff\, MD \n\n\n\nAt this time\, please do not share this link on Social Media or outside AAHPM’s Connect platform.
