DESCRIPTION:Please join the Early Investigators Forum for their event titled\, The Well-Resourced Researcher: Self-Care and Coaching Strategies for Early Investigators. \n\n\n\nDescribe the principles of trauma-informed care and recognize how cumulative exposure to suffering\, moral complexity\, and academic pressure uniquely affects palliative care researchers and why this matters for building a sustainable career. \n\n\n\nDistinguish coaching from other professional support modalities (therapy\, mentorship\, sponsorship\, etc.) and identify specific ways coaching can support research program development\, leadership identity\, and internal confidence across career transitions and across healthcare organizations. \n\n\n\nApply at least two self-directed\, trauma-informed coaching practices that support well-being\, self-trust\, and clarity. \n\n\n\nFaculty: Laurel Kilpatrick\, MD FAAHPMModerator: Tessa Jones\, PhD LMSW \n\n\n\nAt this time\, please do not share this link on Social Media or outside AAHPM’s Connect platform.
